PS Mushroom have a ton of fat soluble Vitamin D3 and are excellent for your immune system. Sauté chopped onions, garlic and mushrooms in 1-2 tablespoons butter for about 5 minutes until onions are translucent. Add 4 cups chicken stock and place on low heat for 3 hours.
